Shipping & Lead Time Policy
At Chassis Harness, every harness is built to order based on your specific application and requirements. Because of this, lead times and shipping timelines differ from off-the-shelf products.
Build Lead Times
All chassis harnesses and sub-harnesses are custom-built. Lead times vary depending on:
- Harness complexity and scope
- Current production volume
- Availability of materials and components
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of ordering or during the quote process. These estimates are not guarantees but are our best projections based on current workload.
Order Processing
Production begins once all required order details are confirmed and payment is received. Any delays caused by incomplete information, changes to the build, or late approvals may extend the stated lead time.
Shipping Methods
Once your harness is completed, it will be packaged securely and shipped using the carrier selected at checkout or agreed upon during quoting.
Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are separate from build lead times.
Shipping Delays
Chassis Harness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate and complete. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur additional shipping fees.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are custom-built, changes or cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once a harness is in production, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
