Warranty & Support Policy
At Chassis Harness, every harness is built with precision, quality materials, and attention to detail. We stand behind our workmanship and are committed to supporting our customers before and after delivery.
Warranty Coverage
Chassis Harness warrants that all custom-built harnesses are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid under normal use and proper installation.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers issues related to:
- Defects in materials
- Workmanship errors
- Harnesses built confirming to the approved order specifications
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by others
- Electrical damage caused by improper grounding, short circuits, or vehicle faults
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from racing, off-road use, or extreme operating conditions
- Harnesses altered after delivery
Warranty Resolution
If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, Chassis Harness will, at its discretion:
- Repair the affected portion of the harness
- Replace defective components
- Provide an appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue
Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement only. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only when a resolution cannot reasonably be achieved.
Support & Technical Assistance
We provide reasonable technical support to assist with installation questions and basic troubleshooting related to our harnesses.
Support is intended to help ensure proper installation and function but does not replace professional installation or diagnostic services.
Reporting a Warranty or Support Issue
To request warranty service or technical support, please contact us within 7 days of identifying the issue and include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable

Limitation of Liability
Chassis Harness is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, labor costs, or related expenses.
