At Chassis Harness, every harness is professionally built to spec based on your order details.
Because our products are custom-made, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom-Built Products
All chassis harnesses and sub-harnesses are built specifically for your application.
For this reason, custom orders are non-returnable.
However, if there is an issue with your order due to workmanship or an error on our part,
we will work with you to correct the issue.
When Returns or Corrections Are Accepted
We will gladly review and resolve issues in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The harness was built incorrectly based on the order details provided
- There is a defect in materials or workmanship
If any of the above apply, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Custom-built products ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Changes in build plans after the order is placed
- Installation errors or modifications performed after delivery
- Normal wear, damage, or misuse
How We Handle Issues
If you experience a problem with your order, our goal is to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- Repair or correction of the harness
- Replacement of affected components
- Guidance to resolve installation-related questions
Refunds are issued only when a resolution cannot reasonably be achieved.
Reporting an Issue
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos if applicable

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
